Throughout the evening, RACHO Mezcal co-founders Matt Ornstein and Daniel Ayala will guide guests through each thoughtfully crafted mezcal cocktail pairing, sharing the story behind the spirit and its production. Executive Chef John Pineda’s menu showcases standout dishes like Heartbrand Akaushi Wagyu Strip with roasted carrots, burnt onion soubise, guajillo demi-glace, and smoked bone marrow butter, each course designed to complement and elevate the complexity of RACHO Mezcal.
