Yes. Outside vendors are welcome for events hosted at The Crown Room.
No. All food and beverage service is exclusively provided by Crown Block MICHELIN-Recommended culinary team. Outside catering is not permitted. Specialty cakes and desserts are allowed with prior approval.
The experience fee is designed to provide a seamless, elevated private event experience and includes:
• Valet service
• Tables and chairs
• Polyester linens in the client’s choice of color
• Standard serving ware
• Professional event service staff

Yes. Events hosted at The Crown Room are subject to a 26% service fee.
Daytime Events
• All daytime events must conclude by 2:00 PM.
Evening Events
• Evening events may begin as early as 4:00 PM if no daytime event is scheduled.
• If a daytime event is booked, evening events may begin at 5:00 PM.

No. Crown Block does not offer a private dining room within the restaurant. For fully private events, receptions, weddings, corporate dinners, and celebrations, guests can reserve The Crown Room, the venue’s dedicated private event space. Yes. Group dining reservations at Crown Block are seated next to the windows whenever possible, offering panoramic views of the Dallas skyline from Reunion Tower.
