For a full buyout of The Crown Room, the rotating event venue can accommodate up to 260 guests for reception-style events and up to 220 guests for seated dinners.

Is The Crown Room in Reunion Tower?

Yes! The Crown Room is located at the top of Reunion Tower (also known as “The Ball”).

Does The Crown Room rotate or spin?

Yes. The Crown Room is a rotating private event venue, creating a one-of-a-kind dining and event experience with 360-degree views of Dallas.

Can I use my own vendors for an event?

Yes. Outside vendors are welcome for events hosted at The Crown Room.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

No. All food and beverage service is exclusively provided by Crown Block MICHELIN-Recommended culinary team. Outside catering is not permitted. Specialty cakes and desserts are allowed with prior approval.

What does the experience fee include?

The experience fee is designed to provide a seamless, elevated private event experience and includes:
•        Valet service
•        Tables and chairs
•        Polyester linens in the client’s choice of color
•        Standard serving ware
•        Professional event service staff

Is there a service fee for events in The Crown Room?

Yes. Events hosted at The Crown Room are subject to a 26% service fee.

What are the event timing requirements for The Crown Room?

Daytime Events
•        All daytime events must conclude by 2:00 PM.
Evening Events
•        Evening events may begin as early as 4:00 PM if no daytime event is scheduled.
•        If a daytime event is booked, evening events may begin at 5:00 PM.

Are live bands or performances allowed during a full venue buyout?

Yes. Live bands, DJs, and entertainment performances are permitted during full buyouts of The Crown Room.

Can I use my own event planner?

Yes. The Crown Room works hand-in-hand with professional event planners, destination management companies (DMCs), corporate planners, wedding planners, and production teams to help create seamless and memorable even

Does Crown Block have a private dining room?

No. Crown Block does not offer a private dining room within the restaurant. For fully private events, receptions, weddings, corporate dinners, and celebrations, guests can reserve The Crown Room, the venue’s dedicated private event space. To enquire about availability for your next event, contact our events team here.

Can group dining parties be seated by the windows?

Yes. Group dining reservations at Crown Block are seated next to the windows whenever possible, offering panoramic views of the Dallas skyline from Reunion Tower. 
The “Dallas skyline” keyword is already mentioned which is great! We may wish to extend this to further reinforce location signals e.g., “offering panoramic views of the Dallas skyline from Reunion Tower”.

Is outside décor allowed in the restaurant at Crown Block?

No. Outside décor is not permitted inside the main dining room at Crown Block.

Is there a gratuity for group dining at Crown Block?

Yes. All group dining food and beverage minimums at Crown Block are subject to a 22% gratuity and a 4% administrative fee.
