Designed for families and larger gatherings, this elevated buffet showcases beloved brunch classics alongside chef-driven specialties from our MICHELIN-Recommended culinary team. Indulge in breakfast favorites like housemade biscuits & gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, maple sausage, and Nueske’s bacon, alongside elaborate carving stations featuring bone-in ham, striploin and lamb saddle. Explore a variety of thoughtfully curated stations, including Chef Lizzy’s signature croffles (croissant waffles), shrimp ceviche with snow crab claws, fresh sushi, vibrant spring salads and more.
This beautifully composed brunch buffet also includes a celebratory “mom-osa” upon arrival, fresh juice and tea. A curated Mother’s Day cocktail menu and wine list will be available for purchase. A la carte selections will not be available at The Crown Room.

Join us high above the city for Sunday Brunch at Crown Block to celebrate Mom this Mother’s Day! Our Michelin-Recommended team will feature beloved brunch classics alongside specialty buffet offerings, including Southern-Style Fried Chicken and a Croissant Waffle (Croffle) station, plus an array of mom-approved pastries and baked goods like orange cranberry meringue cookies, raspberry cream puffs and blueberry scones.
This brunch experience will take place in the Crown Block dining room and will include a celebratory “mom-osa” upon arrival, an a la carte item of your choice made fresh to-order and fresh juice. A curated Mother’s Day cocktail menu and wine list will be available for purchase.
